Hello Peter Vigoureux,
thank you for your reply. We will walk through the instructions in the linked articles to resolve the problem. I have one question relatet to the article #10440: The Acronis build on our server seems to be the latest build for Ver. 10 (10.0.13762). In case the VSS is the reason for our problem, will the installation of "SnapAPI586" help although?
Thanks a lot!

Hello Dirk Szupryczynski,
Thank you for your quick reply.
In your situation, the SnapAPI 586 is already installed. There is no newer SnapAPI version available for your product.
If there is anything else, we can do for you, please let me know.
Thank you

Hello Peter Vigoureux,
we applied those settings described in the articles and upto today no more errors appeared in our backups. I think we can close this case.
Thank You for the help!
