SBS 2008 becomes unresponsive with Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Virtual Edition update 17440
Hi Experts,
We have Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Virtual Edition and it used to work perfectly fine till I installed update 17440. After this update, all the servers are getting backed up except Windows SBS 2008. I can connect to the machine and the priority of backup plan is set to Low. But as soon as the plan starts, the server stops responding. It freeze and only respond to ping requests. The only method to bring the server back up and running is by resetting the machine manually.
Additional Information:
The server has 3 disks with about 700GB of data.
The backup store location is Centralised Vault.
I've left the machine for about 2 days, but the system was still unresponsive until I manually reset it.
Any helpful suggestion will be much appreciated.
