Secure Zone expansion failed - now get "run list corrupted"

Thread needs solution

I tried expanding my Secure Zone today (Windows Server 2008, B&R version 10) by 10 GB but it failed. The server was hung during the reboot process with an Acronis error that I failed to write down. After letting it sit for about 5 minutes I decided to force a reboot and after a chkdsk the server sucessfully booted. However the C: drive was defintely messed up. It showed 10 GB less that what it originally had in Windows Explorer, but the secure zone did not show the new space and in disk manager it still showed the C: drive as 100 GB instead of what Windows Explorer shows (90 GB). So I deleted the secure zone and put everything back to normal. I created a new SZ with the space size I wanted so I thought I had the problem fixed. However, now I get "run list" errors whenver I try to run a backup. I ran chkdsk again as suggested by the KB article but still it was broken. I update SnapAPI as suggested by the KB article, but still it was broken. I tried to deleted the SZ, but this failed too with a run list error. I manually deleted the secure zone using disk manager but still I get run list errors when I try a back up. This disk is corrupt. How do I fix this?

I just ran a chkdsk again (this is the 3rd time I have done this) and now a backup is running without problems. I will create a SZ tomarrow and see if it gets corrupt again (right now, the backup is using a network drive instead of a SZ).
