Trial key does not work

Thread needs solution

I am trying to test Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 for use on a couple office computers. However the trial license key I received does not work. I have seen this question asked in other posts, but no solution was ever given.

I am trying this on a Windows Vista Business x64 machine. I downloaded the trial directly from the Acronis website. It is the Workstation version 10.0.13544.

Could you please specify how exactly the key doesn't work (any error? "next button" is greyed out?), and a screenshot of the licenses you're entering.

Once the license key is placed in the box, the next button just remains greyed out.

Just wanted to post that Yana did help me out with this problem. I had already done a trial period on this computer, but I had forgotten.

I`m using this thread to report, that my trial keys doesn`t work as well. My trial product is Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced Server for Windows Trial + Deduplication (English) license(s). No matter what I do, the installation only import trial key which is used for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 for Microsoft SQL Server add on. When I try to import only Advanced server key, the next button is greyed out and there is msg that 0 keys are imported.
