Trial Serial number doesn't work

Just downloaded the Backup and Recovery 10 for SBS and tried the e-mailed Serial number, the "NEXT" button on the window does not highlight so I guess it means the number doesn't work...any solution for this?

May be the number is incorrect or operating system is not detected as Small Business Server.
