I have a local network with the Management console running on a windows 2008r2 server. I am trying to install the agent on a windows 2003 enterprise version and get the errors on the attached logs. Please help

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here. I understand you concern, and will be glad to help you.

According to the MSI log, installation files due to the product being unable to check the license key.

Please make sure that you do have a free license available (if you have the upgrade licenses, please make sure that the old ones are added, as the the upgrade licenses doesn't work without the previous version key). In case you have free licenses, but the issue remain, please reinstall the License Server, preferable to any other available machine, and restart the installation.

If the issue remains even after these steps, please send us the screenshot of the License Server, new MSI log.
