Universal Restore bootable media
I have a ABR 10 with UR installed on a Win2003 server
the about/licence tells me UR is included
I just made a bootable media from the ABR 10 menu
It asked me which drivers I wanted to include for UR (none at this point)
but when booting from this media, it is NOT UR !
it does not show the UR mention on the splash screen
and the UR tab on the restore screen
What did I do wrong ? What am I missing ?

It looks like the product simply doesn't prompt to use Acronis Universal Restore, which can be caused by several reasons. I'm glad to inform you that we have all them described in this KB article. Please follow the steps provided, and check whether the issue remains.

Thank you for your answer.
I will check the several possible reasons listed in the KB article which moreless tells my backup is the reason why it doesn't work.
However, at startup time on the media, isn't the very first welcome screen (before any archive selection) supposed to show (bottom right) that Universal Restore is included ? I made two tests of creating a bootable media + download "BackupRecoveryServerWindowsUR_s_fr.iso", and none of them do. Can you advise on this please ? I don't know if it worth trying to restore any backup if the bootable media is not adequate.
