Windows Agent Installation failed with error 1603

Thread needs solution

Hi

i have some problems to install the windows agent on some machines, i got on all servers this error message

Any ideas how to solve this message?

Could you please attach the entire log file of the failed installation? Could you please also clarify the exact title of your program?

According to the log file, the program fails to detect the licenses properly.

Since I am unable to find your product keys in our database and the hardware configuration is unclear, I suggest you to contact our Live chat service, it is the fastest way to solve the issue. 

Please register the licenses under your account to get the access to Acronis Customer Service. After that go to this page, under Contact us click on the Start here button, select Have questions. From the pop up select Technical issue with product. Select FULL Version selection \Select product from drop down box.  Choose Live chat.
