Hello Heinz,

Welcome to our forum. Thank you for posting your question. I am happy to assist you to answer your question.

This message can appear, when the task has been created and after saving it, some of the data are changed. In most common situations the password of one of the used users are changed or the backup location credentials did not match any longer.

Please check the credentials for each user that is used for this backup plan and save it then again. If this does not help, you should delete the backup plan and recreate it.

Let me know if you need additional help please.

Thank you.

Hello Peter,

thank you for your answer,

the login credentials are definetely ok. When I use this login credentials at an other server it works fine.
The error occures when a new backup-plan is created. We have 9 servers, the errors occure on 4 servers.

All servers are Windows Server 2003 R2 Std. and all servers will save the *.tib. files on the NAS in the network.

Hello Heinz,

Thank you for your reply.

If you have machines to backup, that are not member of your domain, you should use the domain admin credentials, if your backup destination is member of the domain.

Otherwise I appreciate, that you provide me more detailed information about your environment and your used vaults and backup plan.

Let me know if you need additional help please.

Thank you.
