xp machines are crashing with the new backup agent

We are using Acronis backup and recovery 2011. Version 11.0.17437

I recently installed new backup agent Version 11.0.17438 on all of our machines. It seems that it works ok on windows7 machines but on our XP computers it doesn't complete a backup and is also causing a blue screen crash on the pc it self. Is there an issue with the fact the the console needs to be upgraded or is it the windows xp machines?

How can I get an older version of the agent? Or if I need to upgrade I want to make sure it doesn't whip out my machines settings. (this has happened before)

Using console of 17437 with agents 17438 is ok. ( Using 17438 agent on XP, however, should be ok too). Is there SP3 installed on these machines?

yes they are all up to date with that. It seems to be happening on more then one xp machine.
