Acronis Appliance Upgrade v9 failed

Thread needs solution

Worked fine on one of our other standalone hosts (v4.1).
Tried it on another one (running v4 esxi) and failed:

Hi chi-ltd,

According to the log file the vSphere API function 'CopyDatastoreFile' has failed with an error without description (looks weird), so probably there was some kind of intermittent connection problem between the machine where you run vmProtect installer and the target ESXi host (which explains why it worked for 2nd time when connection was resumed). I can only guess here, but may be there was a peak load on network when you ran update for the 1st time.

Thank you.

re-ran it and it worked 2nd time...

That's nice. But did the issue went away for good? Or do you have any patches made so far?
