[RESOLVED] File Recovery from Online Backup

Hi,

I'm running vmProtect 8 with my vSphere 5.1 hosts and just created a 60 days trail for Online Backup at Acronis.
The backup progress works perfectly fine but when I was going to try to make a file recovery I couldn't add the Online Backup account..

Is it not possible to make file recovery when using the Online Backup solution?
