[solved] acronis errors quite frustrating tbh

Thread needs solution

i am trying to get acronis backup flawless and i have a very very very and very hardtime to do so. even with assistance of acronis support it keeps giving errors and many situations.
now i have a couple of months of backups. and now i cannot get into the web interface its just dead.. clearing cookies restarting chaning ip access from different browsers or computers.. wel i dont know what to do but hack into the console and try to figure out why. but the root of the issue it feels very unstable i would like to turn the backup and an be certain it works i have had to solve soo many problemns to get a backup for a fairly light enviroment to work, that slow i start doubting.. please acronis support and developmetn fix these bugs because it feels like this is not production ready at all..

Hi,

today I had the same problem i think.

At the morning, i see all my jobs in error with one job in pending in vSphere.

Finally after multiple reboot of the appliance i get the message 'acronis service managed are stopped" (Restart or poweroff).

I make a call at support because it's already the second time.

Ivan Pashkov said to me that the core file in /tmp was very very big (2,5 Go) and there is no space left on the appliance. ==> impossible to continue the backups.

After i have move/delete this file "core" i can reboot the appliance without error on service, but impossible for me to access the web interface.

I use acronis to backup +/- 80 vms of developement (and normally i must use acronis to backup the production +/- 80 vms).

Give us some help and quickly please Acronis.

latest patch is an improvement!
so for normal backups this is usable even the cifs backup i stable again
