Thread needs solution

Hi

I have attempted to renew our support through a supplier of ours but Acronis requires an account number (according to my supplier).
The account number isn't shown on the website and i cannot find any contact number on the portal, nor chat, email and raise with tech support.

Can someone email me through here regards who to speak with?

Hi chi-ltd,

From what I have checked with our support team you should proceed as follows:

1) Get the purchase confirmation from your supplier which confirms your support program renewal
2) Contact our chat service outlining that you have pre-sales question - in this case you won't be prompted for account number
3) Our support team will be able to register your support renewal properly thereafter.
