Acronis error 3 - 2147287038

Hi, I am getting similar kind of error. Appreciate some help to identify why this is happening. Attached are the logs for various installation.

Tried installing Acronis version 11.5, 11.7 as well as 12.5 (all licensed) on a Windows 7 machine. Installation completes successfully in case of 11.5 and 11.7 but when you try to open the application it comes back with an error stating - Cant open the page, the file mm.exe is missing. In case of 12.5  it installs but the final error states "Installation has failed" What could be the reason.

What do you mean "open the application"?

12.5 (and 15) clients don't have a GUI, you can only browse their state through acrocmd command line utility or through the management web server.

Did you install the management server on a different machine or install it to the same one you are trying to back up?

I don't see any attachment for the logs.
