False Alert "No Successful Backups Have Been Performed in XX Days" Acronis 12.5

Thread needs solution

Every morning at 6:00 AM I receive 90+ alerts that "no successful backups have been performed by the backup plan for more than XX days." After checking multiple machines, I have confirmed that there have been recent successful backups. Alerts are configured to be sent if there have been no successful backups for 15 days, but all of the alerting machines have been backed up in the last 7 days.

This is happening on both physical machines and VMware machines. I am on Acronis version 12.5.14330.

Are there any known solutions to this problem? After reading through previous forum posts, I have not seen anyone find a solution to this problem outside of upgrading to a newer version of Acronis.

Hello Dylan,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

We recommend that you check in Devices the last successful backup date for each device.

Please also check the backup plan name in the logs with this alert: it could be an outdated/revoked/deactivated backup plan that generates these alerts.
