No mounted partitions were found..

Thread needs solution

So this happened...

Backing up PROD-01

Warning: No mounted partitions were found in the operating system information.

There are definitely mounted partitions -- and the backup took 12 minutes, which is about right.  But this error popped.  Two nights in a row.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hello Bob,

a couple of similar cases in our internal system suggest that the issue would likely require the investigation with the help of Acronis developers (some of the customers received the custom .dlls) . I'd suggest trying repair installation\update to the latest build if applicable and if the issue persist opening a support ticket for investigation.

Dear Ekaterina,

since this post is already two years old, I'm wondering why I get these error messages nowadays after having updated our Acronis Cyber Backup Standard to Version 15.0.30984 on a Windows agent for VMware (6.5) installation.

Is this solved anyhow, because we're getting this error 722033 from the module 'disk_bundle_vsa64_28503' for all our Linux based VMs.

Thanks a lot for your support in advance

Heinz

Hello, thanks for your reply!

Usually that message appears when you are using file filters on the backup plan. If that’s the scenario the backup doesn't work because those filters aren’t applied so the respective error appears.

The same error message can mean as well the managed machine service ( mms.exe ) isn’t running under local system. Please make sure the service is configured properly according to the KB: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60085

I would like to invite you to provide me more details as the error code and screenshot to provide an accurate answer to the issue or contact our support line ( to contact please follow: https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153  )  so we can troubleshoot the issue properly and help you solving it.
