Cannot Access Backup Console

Thread needs solution

Has anyone encountered any issues with getting access to the Cloud Backup Console when they also have True Image on their account?

Just over the past week or so, when I logged in via Firefox, I no longer got the option between Backup Console or True Image, I just got True Image and no way to switch. IE still let me choose, as did Chrome, but today after being on the console, I unlocked my PC, logged back in on IE and no more Backup Console.

I've done the usual, cleared cache, application data etc. but without success - any suggestions anyone?

I was not able to reproduce this issue neither in Chrome nor in IE: I logged into Cloud Backup Console from Acronis Account, closed a console, logged off the account, logged in again the same Acronis Account, then connected to True Image dashboard.

Well, it's definitely happening with my account!

Regardless of how I try and access the console - either through saved shortcuts or through the link from my Acronis account page, I end up with the True Image console and not the Backup console 99 times out of 100.

I can tell if it's going to happen as depending on the route in I use, the choice between product box is not shown, and during the series of redirects that seems to happen, the spinning circle changes to a slightly larger size if it's loading the True Image console.

Hello Richard.

Do you log off your Backup Console before switching to Acronis True Image dashboard? Please press on the person icon in the upper-right corner for logging off. If you do not log off, it will redirect you to the Backup Console that is currently logged in even if you follow a direct link for Acronis True Image dashboard.

If it still does not work, then please open a case with Acronis Support Team to solve this situation.
