License is over used after re-install the management console

Thread needs solution

Hi guys,

Cuz the backup plan cannot run successfully, I completely uninstall the Acronis management console.

After I re-install the new Aconis management and add the same keys on VM.

All keys shows already used via offline activation. 

Does anyone have the same problem?

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

If you uninstall Acronis Management Server and left all configuration parameters as they were you see this peculiarity now.

Please clarify whether the licenses are assigned to the same VMs as they were before reinstalling.

However, I would recommend contacting Acronis Support Team for solving issues with licenses assignments.

Hello Maria,

I uninstall the AMS on the same VM and assign the license to the same ESXi host.

But I check "remove configuration" when uninstalling.

I submit a ticket to the support team so far and waiting for a reply as well.

Hopefully, I can find a quick solution ASAP. Otherwise, all backup plans are frozen.

Please make screenshots of how you see these licenses status in Management Console + follow Settings -> Licenses, select the product, click on the number of licenses and make a screenshot of how they are assigned. Then please upload these screenshots along with System information from Management Server and the affected Agent machine (2 reports) onto Acronis FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message
