We have 70 Licenses Cyber Backup (Office365 Cloud-2-Cloud). Only 66 are backuped, the others are "not protected" (in german "nicht geschützt") There is a group backup-plan and whenever I create a user in office365 the backup-plan was automatically applied in the Backup-Console. Since beginning 2020 that does'nt work anymore. I cannot manually apply the plan because it complains: licenses needed!!

Any hints?

The 1st-Level-Support of Acronis is a mess - they want me to send System-Logs from the Agent - I have no machine with an agent (its cloud-2-cloud - acronis-2-office365) and they do not understand this cloud2cloud feature

Hello Markus,

welcome to Acronis forums!

According to the information in your Acronis account, all your 70 quotas are used. That is why you receive this error message.

The 1st-Level-Support of Acronis is a mess - they want me to send System-Logs from the Agent - I have no machine with an agent (its cloud-2-cloud - acronis-2-office365) and they do not understand this cloud2cloud feature

Yes, you are right and no report can be collected since there is no Agent installed. However, we recommend opening a new case with Acronis Support Team in order to sort the license issue out. Support engineers should find those mailboxes that were assigned licenses but are not backed up anymore - this investigation will not require collecting any system information.
