Logging Backup with Event Viewer does not work

Thread needs solution

Hello guys,

one of our new customers is using Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5. We want to monitor the server backups via windows eventlog and powershell.

For some reason there are no events to be found in the application log.
I`ve already activated logging all events in backup options(also via settings -> system settings -> default backup options)

Can someone help me?

Please find these logs locally on the Agents machines.

For monitoring server backups please use Overview -> Dashboards and Reports.
