Trouble with Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 on Mac since 22/10/2019

Hello, I have Acronis Backup 12.5 and Office 365 Cloud and was quite satiesfied since years. Now on 22/10/2019 I got a lot of truble. First, the backup plans for Office 365 failed several times and after one or two days I had no choice but to re-build all settings. The backup for Office 365 Cloud is working meanwhile again. But a Mac computer suddenly lost connection with the acronis server and disappeared from the menu item "devices" in the Backup managment konsole. And despite re-installing of the agent and re-registration manually, the Mac does not appear as device. The agent is shown in the Backup managment konsole as online, but no chance to start a backup. Has anybody similar problems on a Mac computer? Best regards Lothar

I strongly recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team.

Acronis Cloud storages (i.e. European datacentres) were updated three days ago which could be a root of this issue. Acronis Support engineers need to view AMS logs located on Acronis Cloud which could not be done via this forum.
