security fail

Some time ago I had a problem with my acronis application, I had my server restarts due to the change of my server's Administrator password. I escalated the problem with acronis support specialists and the only solution was to install my Operating System again on my server. Which is very costly in time and I don't want to do it again.
Now for security reasons I need to change the password of my Server Administrator again, but I am afraid that the restart problems caused by acronis will return. Can someone support me with this situation please

Or is a good idea unistall my acronis, and then change my password account Administrator and then install my aplication?
