Acronis Cyber Protect 15: No data is shown under Dashboard - Overview

Thread needs solution

Hello,

we have a lot of issues here after the last two updates (since September 2021). I want to start with a little one: We have the issue that there is no data shown under Dashboard - Overview in some graphs: Activities, Activity types, Monthly storage. 4 months ago it worked.

How can this be? What can we do to repair this?

Welcome to Acronis forums!

Could you please check on the system where Acronis Management Server resides whether Acronis Monitoring service acronis_monitoring_service.exe is started?

And as you can see in the screenshot not all data is empty on the dashboard.

So, how can we fix this?
