"Backup status is unknown" notifications

Hi all.

I have some clients running with a 10 backup retention and "On the system startup" schedule

All is running fine, but I keep getting "Backup status is unknown" notifications. Why do I keep getting these unnecessary notifications? I mean why do I get a "Backup status is unknown" when a successful were made earlier that day?

Hello Christian!

AFAIK agents report their progress to the AMS server, but talk directly the backup destination for sending the data. Maybe there is some disruption with the first.
