Cannot login anymore to Cyber Protection Console

Thread needs solution

Hi,

after upgrading from 12.5 to 15 I cannot login in the webconsole anymore.

Credentials are good, after inserting credentials I get the following error:

 

Connection failed

Currently, the Cyber Protection console is not available. Please try again later.

 

 

 

All Acronis services seems up and running. Tryed different browsers, cleared cache, tryed different pc.

 

Any help?

Also run the connection tool and make sure there isn't any port or IP blocked: https://kb.acronis.com/content/47678

Also make sure that your credentials have the admin role in the tenant, that's essential to access the web restore.
