Blocked accoun after trial period

Thread needs solution

Last month I activated Acronis Cyber Protect's 30-day free trial. After that, I made all the necessary settings and made the decision to use the product. However, the trial period expired and my account was summarily blocked. I have not received any prior notice, no instructions on how to proceed with the subscription. In the management portal there is no information about subscriptions. Could someone tell me what I need to do to sign up and recover my account?
