Request to include what changes made in details in activity tab

Hello Team,

Partner wants to know if we can have more details when changes and applied in the protection plan.

As per current design, it shows which user has changed plan and date and time, however, he need to have features inside the plan was modified.

Checked JIRA references and could not find any details.

Please suggest if we can have such feature
