Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office: Full Disk/Entire PC Restoration Fails

Thread needs solution

When trying to perform a full disk restore, the restoration process fails. Operating System: Windows 11 Pro; Hardware: Dell OptiPlex 7400 AIO, Intel i9-12900: RAM 64 GB; 2TB SSD; External Hard Drive, on which Acronis Backups are stored, is a Seagate One Touch with Hub 10TB

When trying to restore, Acronis Bootable Media (i.e., Seagate external drive) succeeds. However, while BIOS (UEFI), recognizes the external drive with its Acronis' successfully completed and validated backups, the "restore" destination (i.e., Dell OptiPlex/SSD) is not detected. I have read that the issue might be related to Acronis not providing an updated driver compatible with Windows Core Isolation/WIN 11 Memory Integrity. Acronis tech support has told me that the issue is resolvable yet does not respond/stalls with a resolution.

FYI - the OptiPlex system is currently operating well, as it should. I am trying to confirm that my backup schemes are viable and credible before an emergent need for them might become crucial. Does anyone have a fix for this FAILED RESTORATION problem? Thanks.

I would suggest escalating this issue by sending an email to Arpita Ghosh who is the Acronis Product Manager for these home office products! (Arpita.Ghosh@acronis.com) if you still have this recovery issue unresolved.
