Registering Cyber Protect Home Office
I am not able to obtain support because apparently I have not registered a product that is essentially a subscription. Seems a bit unhinged for me to have to register a product when its a subscription (and the developer has all of my information anyway) but I am nevertheless willing to do so but have yet to find a way to do so. All of the Help articles I have come across don't seem to provide a path for me to actually register the product. I need to get support so that I can continue with my subscription until I ditch it at the end of the year.
I have had nothing but issues with this software and regret having ever moved away from Time Machine, which is not an endorsement of TM as much as it is a thumbsdown for this flakly software.
So if you have any recommendations on how I can register this product and/or get support, please advise.
If not, please direct me to the customer service contact so that I can request a full refund.
