Bill, sorry but I haven't used MalwareBytes for some years and only run ACPHO on one of my Hyper-V VM's at this time.

There shouldn't be any issues provided there are no clashes between Acronis Cyber Protect and MalwareBytes such as any blocking of processes etc.

If I recall correctly ACPHO registers it self as primary with the windows security service. That can be changed using the Windows settings. Its been a long time since I ran ACPHO with Malwarebytes Premium but I don't recall any particular issues.

I found this old discussion concerning Malwarebytes ATI 2021 Problems

There are definitely issues. I have been running Malwarebytes and True Image for years with no issues. As soon as I was forced to upgrade to Cyber Home protect, my systems went to a crawl. Very slow, typing faster than display can show, webpages not loading for over 30 seconds. When I uninstall ACyber it works great. I wish I had the option to use the old true image.

ACHP SUCKS.

Mark, the latest version of ACPHO allows for selective installation of the Cyber Protect features. You could modify the installation to remove it, leaving the backup functionality.

Finally! That was really usefull information. Now, if only Acronis would just let us buy the backup-components without the "Cyber Protect" subscription it would be even better,
