I realized that I've been down this road before. I previously whitelisted the folders covered by the above KB documents but I don't know the date. I'm assuming that you read the enclosed text. If this is a legitimate update, why is Malwarebytes still blocking it? Isn't this something that should be answered by Acronis staff?
