Urgent help needed after true image restore
So I used true image to backup a 128gb SanDisk nvme drive so that I could restore it to my new much larger Samsung 980 Pro 1tb
However, I couldn't get the Dell recovery partition to transfer over. Anyway that's a story for after.
I tried to put the recovery partition which showed as being 0mb MBR on my mechanical (2nd drive) which is a Toshiba 1tb which had 3 useable volumes. I believe E: , F: and G: and maybe 100gb+ or so free space between the volumes but can't remember perfectly.
I assumed that Acronis would create a new partition on this drive and at the very least warn me it it was going to destroy data. Tried again to boot and still no joy so swapped the old nvme drive back in and booted up to try retaking a backup and to my surprise realised all the volumes on the Toshiba were gone. I didn't panic because I also own Acronis recovery expert. So I put that onto a USB drive and tried to boot. But for some reason it seems to have arranged all the volumes in strange sizes and left one 812.2gb unallocated volume which it thinks was H:
I don't think I had a H: partition. But also it hasn't just lost the volumes its mixed them all up as I remember it E: was for apps at about 300gb, F: was for games about 500gb and G: was for downloads at about 200gb
So I've photographed and attached what recovery expert has found and it just makes no sense. I am worried now!
Help would be very much appreciated.
