certificate server not available cloud backup

Thread needs solution
I have not been able to execute backups for this reason, does anyone know something

One potential cause of this type of issue can be if you are working behind a VPN or Proxy server.

Otherwise, please open a Support case direct with Acronis Support as they are the only people with access to the Acronis Cloud servers involved.

Hello Rodrigo,

Acronis Cyber Protect periodically refreshes certificates by requesting them from cloud. Due to a misconfiguration in one of our data centers the certificates issued were not acceptable by the application, which resulted in this error for some of our users. However, we have already fixed this issue and it should not reoccur. You should now be able to backup as usual.
