Non OS Windows Disk upgrade question
I am new to Cyber Protect Home Office and suspect I have misunderstodd how to use it.
I wish to replace my SATA data disk (single partition, gpt) with a larger M.2 SSD
After reading the manual I though I could simply clone the original disk running Cyber Protect Home Office Clone tool under windows. I had removed the old disk and reconnected using an external USB based connector and installed the new SSD in a M.2 slot.
Running the clone process seemed to work and said it completed successfully.
I closed down Windows (11) and removed the external USB connector to the original disk and rebooted windows. It booted but complained it could not find the original data disk. The new ssd had a complete data copy but was under a different drive letter. I had clearly cloned the disk but not replaced it as it now had a new drive letter. The original disk is used to store my data and has Documents etc on it. It also has OneDrive set up on it. I need the new SSD to represent the original disk so all programs and links work
Can I simply change its drive letter and reboot or do I need to clone in a different way?
Help appreciated.

Mark, welcome to these public User Forums.
If the clone of your data drive has been successful and all the data is copied to the new M.2 drive, then you should be able to simply change the drive letter back to what it was originally.
Note: it is possible that the original drive letter has been given to a different device such as a DVD drive, so if that is the case, change that device drive letter to a later letter to free up the original one.
A reboot will probably be needed to complete the change.
