Is the message I get after clicking on support in the left hand column of the page listing all of my licenses including current 2021 subscription, then on 'technical assistance'.
So evidently no way to put in a ticket for the failure of mobile backup browsing (nor, it would appear anything else).
This level of disorganization of the help system really does suggest that the company has lost the plot.

That's exactly what I was trying to do, clicking on 'support', then 'technical assistance', then getting the message until c. perhaps 5 minutes ago, and suddenly I got a page listing products to get support on instead of the useless message, so it must have been a website glitch of some kind.
Whether it was my whinge or something else that triggered the fix, we will probably never no. Well now on to the next step.
