Hi; I have only just recently had this issue of "Protection was not updated" showing in protection tab. I have no idea how to correct it.

The account is logged in correctly. Protection is turned on.

Any ideas?

Darren, welcome to these public User Forums.

I can only make two recommendations here:

1.  Leave the PC on and let it download the protection updates over a longer period of time.

2.  If you still do not see this happening successfully after a suitable time, then open a support ticket direct with Acronis to get them to investigate the issue!
