Protection will not update

Hi,

My protection will not update. What can I try?

Have tried repair installation....

Nick, from my experience it is probably best to leave the computer on and let it update protection in its own time!  This seems to be one of those issues that hits some users but not others just from seeing reports in these forums.  I haven't noticed any issues for my own system running ACPHO but that is a Hyper-V VM running Win 11 that I only start occasionally.

It gets left on for extended periods of time. It's been over a month now :-(

Try another Repair Install of ACPHO to see if this will fix the issue - see KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - for details.

Open a Support Case directly with Acronis to get their involvement in resolving the issue.
