Harris, there is a known issue with ACPHO when creating either rescue media or survival kit media in that it tries to include device drivers for your main graphics card(s) which can cause the size of the media to exceed the size of the partition or media being used!

The way around this is to increase the size of the Survival Kit partition from 2GB to 4GB (or for USB stick media using a larger stick).

The alternative option is to allocate a drive letter to the Survival Kit partition in Windows Disk Management, then use the normal Acronis Bootable Rescue Media program to create the media on that drive letter, but either deselecting the large graphics card drivers or having enlarged the partition.

I guess I'm not understanding. The survival kit creation worked properly when I had the system on Windows 10. I had to change out one of the SSD cards on my RAID 1 array and that caused the need to recreate the existing kit on the drive. I don't see a capability of choosing the graphics card drivers (if that is the issue). The main graphics card has defaulted to the Intel 630 graphics.

UPDATE: Per your other post, I downloaded the MiniTool Partition Wizard (thanks for the pointer), let the survival build run far enough to allow it to build the bootable partition, then expanded the partition to 9GB (figured that was enough on a 5TB drive) and restarted the build process. This completed SUCCESSFULLY!!!. I find it amazing that the Acronis support person with whom I was on Chat for 1 1/2 hours didn't know about the issue. Thanks again!
