There are no backups yet in Cloud
When I login to my Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Backups, I can only see a message which states that "there are no backups yet in Cloud". That is a disaster for me, I've had over 500GB of storage of 2 different computers in there. When I click on devices I can see only one PC which says OK, last backup on Sep 29, 2021, 21:13 but when I click on "Recover" button, there is nothing there, only the same message "there are no backups yet in Cloud".
I've submitted a ticket but there is no response yet. Can anyone suggest something to do?

Well, when I manually run a backup, it doesn't make an incremental backup as it is used to but it re-creates the backup.
Please check the attached screenshots.
When I click on the button "Browse my data", I see no data at all! Just the last backup, which I've manually created today!

All backups to the Acronis Cloud only ever create an initial full backup and thereafter create a delta / hybrid incremental backup as a version change to that full backup or subsequent changes. This is very different to how local backups work!
You will need to wait on Acronis Support to advise on why you are not seeing your backup data in the Acronis Cloud?

After several days, the support team has responded and guess what they've said:
That there is no guarantee that the lost backups will be recovered and that they do not have any estimated time to resolve this query.
Outrageous.
When I click on Recovery, an infinite loop is initiated (check the attached screenshot).
I cannot even re-configure my backups (check the second attached screenshot).

Sorry but that response from Acronis just confirms why I place zero reliance on using the Acronis Cloud as a primary location for any backups! Totally non-acceptable that they have no Cloud server backup protection and ability to recover any such backups stored on their servers, if that is what they look to be saying!
I will keep to making local backups to my external drives and NAS and only use Cloud for testing!
Please reach out to Galina Rezvaya (Galina.Rezvaya@acronis.com Product Manager for ACPHO) at Acronis and ask her to escalate this whole issue internally as a major confidence disaster in the Acronis Cloud strategy!

I agree with Steve on this.
Like Steve I also have multiple local backups, both to my NAS and to USB HDD. This does not excuse Acronis for what appears to be a botched implementation of a Cloud backup solution.

I've lost completely my confidence in Acronis.
From now on, I'll use an external drive with hardware encryption for my data, like the old days, using copy-paste method.
If there is an update from the support team, I'll let you know. However, I don't get my hopes up.
