Acronis does not allow to start Windows

At me two sections, Win 7 and Win XP. Through Win XP I have removed section Win 7. Acronis has asked to reboot. Has rebooted, and as a result I not with could load Win XP. I have started to restore XP from a disk, the first stage with the dark blue screen has passed successfully, and the second and was not started, because Acronis has shown me an error (operation after презагрузки was not executed yet). Hi, I have just signed into forums.
I am migrating from an Dell Dimension E520 / XP computer to a new Dell XPS8300 / Windows 7 computer.
I used PCMover to move several applications and all files but Disk Director did not migrate so I reloaded it and entered the key and it seemed to work.
I then tried to delete partitions on a USB storage drive (on the new computer). Then I told Disk director to proceed it said it had to restart mmediately but it would not restart it locked up with the identical eerror message as the above person reported.
I tried several times and had to restart the computer every time. When I did the changes to the USB drive had not been done.

I plugged the USB back into the XP machine and was able to perform the changes.

Anyone have any ideas?
Maybe I need to reinstall my Acronis True Image and Disk Director on the XPS?
Can I do a repair?
