ADD11 wont resize drive after reboot

Thread needs solution

During a resizing of a partition (E: drive) by adding all unallocated free space at end of existing volume, ADD11H says I must reboot system to carry out the operations. During the reboot operation, the following error message appears:
 ------------------------------------------------
Acronis Disk Director 11 Home Update 2

Version 11.0.2343

Error occurred:
Text: The command uses a missing object.
 Code: 0000000000360198 441E730962703F63
 Suberror:
Text: The command contains an incorrect ID.
 Code: 0000000000360197 58A1AE92511B0306

Press  to reboot
 ------------------------------------------------

ADD11 wont successfully resize the partition after reboot. Tried several times but still same issue.

I also tried using Windows 10 Disk Management utility but the unallocated free space at the end of volume cannot be added to the E partition because the option to Extend Volume for E partition is not available (grayed out).

[RESOLVED] somehow by using WDM and ADD11H bootable media i managed to resize drive

Requesting to resize partitions C:\, D:\, E:\ and F:\ to distribute free space between volumes, ADD11H says I must reboot system to carry out the operations but during reboot, ADD11H  does not start and no resizing occurs.

Suggestions?
