Disk Cloned successfully but no http?

Hey Everybody, so I used Acronis to clone my windows 7 hard drive (minus a few game file folders) onto an OCZ Vector solid state drive.
It boots completely fine, and does fine when I ping a server. I also can still use the Steam client (which connects online). However, after about 1 minute past boot time, http does not work. For about the first minute of my computer being on, I can actually access the internet through my browser and go to websites. But then for whatever reason, it will just cut out and not work anymore. No matter what I've tried I cannot seem to figure it out. I am not using a proxy server, I have tried using a http debugger, but it doesn't even register me trying to do anything.

I'm not 100% sure if this was Acronis or some weird side effect from me cloning my disk, but I can't seem to think of anything, since all the same drivers and up to date, and on my disk drive I have full access to the internet.
Any advice/help would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much.

P.S I tried contacting support but as it turns out even though I purchased Acronis December 3rd 2014, and it has been 29 days (January 1st 2015) my support seems to already be expired. here's an image of it.
