Disk Director Boot Disk Crashes

Unfortunately, the Disk Director Boot CD crashes when it tries to load the application. I get past the initial graphic menu, then it brings up the little Acronis graphic in the upper left corner of the monitor. A few seconds later, it crashes and dumps out an error. I've attached the jpg. of the screen where things go south.
Any help will be appreciated.
