Hi,
try to start a starter-CD with DD10 on my Vista-64 SP2 System and got the above error message "could not find disk drives"
I read here there may be a fix for this issue ?

Download the ISO from your Acronis account and create a CD from it. The download version usually has more updated drivers.

Otherwise, make sure you're using the latest build (2288). If not, install it and create a new CD.
