Help..problem after resize the partition..

Thread needs solution

Good mornig
I have a serious problem about TRUE IMAGE.
After starting the resizing of the partition it istopped after 2 second displaying an error.
Now the partition is not formatted and I can not I can not access files.
What can I do?

I remember that the message was probably bad block
The version of Acronics is Acronis.Disk.Director.11.Home.v11.0.216
The operating system is Vista 32bit

In case of the bad block error, please do the following in order to fix the issue: 

  1. Go to Start -> Run -> cmd
    This will open Windows command prompt
  2. In the command prompt please issue the following command
    chkdsk /f /r
    hit enter and reboot the computer.
    Upon booting Windows will check the drive for consistency and fix the issues on it, if any

Should the issue remain, please gather Acronis Report, Acronis Info, then submit a support request with the information attached, and let us know its number.
