I keep getting the error "Installation was interrupted before Acronis Disk Director II home would be installed"

I've run the Acronis Cleanup Tool. I've deleted eveything I could in the Windows temp directory and in my temp directory.

Attached is the log created.

I got the same error.     I tried several things. I tried closing the two processes it said were running. The Online Backup Process failed to stop. I then used control panel to select Administrative tools and ran services as Administrator making sure the Online Backup process was ended. I ran installation program again, and it failed. My next attempt was running the installation program as Administrator, and when informed about running processes chose the continue option. Everything installed with no errors requiring a reboot to finish installation.
