New Install of XP x64 and Ubuntu on RAID 1 with OSS

I had a serious problem and now have to reinstall XP x64 on a computer with a RAID 1 array and a third hard drive. I was planning on installing Ubuntu to the third hard drive and XP on the RAID array. I have Disk Director 10 and was intending to use the OS Selector for boot management. What is the best method for installing these as far as partitions and order of installation? Thanks for your help.
