No cloning option for basic gpt drive

Thread solved

I just installed the DD 12.5 on a laptop to clone a windows 7 ssd drive to a larger ssd drive and when I right click on the drive (shown as basic gpt) it does not have a clone drive option.

The chat support system seems to be totally non-functional, so seeing if there is anyone on here that can give any insight into how to get that product to clone an existing drive?

Finally was able to connect with chat support by turning off my anti-virus and the issue was the disk director home does not support basic gpt drives.
