OS Selector License Problem

Hello,
I have created a bootable media on a Windows XP PC where TrueImagePlus2013 and DiskDirectorHome11 are installed, licenced and working - so far so good.
When I boot my PC from the bootable media all options are working fine, but not the OS selector. I got asked for the serial number every time and regardless what I fill in, it does not recognize the serial number!
Any ideas?
